A5 Size. Full Colour. Double-Sided. Full Design. We listen to what you want and design a two-sided flyer that you then can approve or send back to the drawing board with requested changes. We also provide complimentary images. High quality 250 GSM glossy art paper. You won’t be disappointed with the results. Flyers are professionally printed and delivered to you by courier. In addition to your 5000 flyers, we adapt the design to produce five A4 posters for you, each produced on high gloss professional grade photo paper. Your event will be well publicised!
Website Design + 12 months Hosting = £150 EVENTPHOTOS CREDIT+ £150
This is far and away the best value for your eventphotos credit! We can only offer this service to clubs and societies booking at least two events with us (two annual events are possible). This package includes a custom website built on the Genesis Framework + Child Theme of your choice.
We have a developers licence with StudioPress with access to all their premium themes. Your website will be custom designed on top of an existing theme to produce a unique, beautiful and well-performing website. Tell us the features you want and how you want it to look, and will do the rest. We will even optimise your website for search engines and submit sitemaps to Google, Bing and Yahoo for you. We will link to social networking sites such as twitter and facebook and also provide complimentary images from your events or our stock library. We will even update your content on a weekly basis if it isn’t something you want to do yourself.
You would usually pay between £600 and £1500 for such a service and be tied into a contract. In our case, we will host your website free for the first 12 months. At the end of this period you can assess your needs and let us know whether you want to continue hosting your account with us for a small monthly fee, or ask us to help you move your site to a host of your choice. 15 Promotional Photo Posters = £150 EVENTPHOTOS CREDIT + £7 P&P (Courier)
We design and produce A4 size posters (18×12) with complimentary images and text added to promote your event. You get 15 posters printed at a professional lab on Fuji matte or gloss professional grade photo paper. These are high quality posters that won’t rip or fade. Just tell us what you want added – they can be text only, image only, or a mixture of both – we don’t question how you want to promote your club or event. We can even produce more than one design, although we’d respectfully request you didn’t ask us to design 15 individual posters!
35 Promotional Keyrings = £150 EVENTPHOTOS CREDIT + £7 P&P (Courier)
We will produce 35 double-sided keyrings using an combination of logo, text and complimentary images you request. These can make great gifts for your members, perhaps at end-of-year gatherings, or they could be given out as free promotional gifts to help you launch an event or service. We take care of design, printing and packaging. Just let us know what you want on your keyrings and we’ll make them! We will send you a proof to approve or send back to the design team. If you require more than 35 keyrings we will produce as many extra as you need for a small charge.
