Who is eligible for this offer?
All clubs, societies and organisations hosting events in 2012 that might benefit from our event photography.
How do I get this offer?
Simply phone or email us before March 15th and tell us the basic details of your planned event. What type of event? Approximately how many attendees? Date/s and times? If we are not already booked and the event is one we agree to cover, the credit is yours.
We are planning a 2012 event but haven’t got a confirmed date yet. Are we still eligible?
Yes. We can pencil in possible dates or time frames. For example, “one Saturday in July or August” is enough to make a provisional booking. Once you have confirmed the day/s of your event, let us know. As long as we are available to cover your event, the bonus credit is yours – even if it takes you a few months to get organised! The only condition is that you make the provisional booking before the end of this month.
When – and on what – can we spend our £150 credit?
The credit is available to spend on any of our advertised online products or services. In all cases, the credit will be made available on the day of your event and is valid for 30 days. In some cases, this credit can be given at the time of booking. For example, you might want to use the credit for promotional products to help advertise your event or organisation (e.g. posters, prints, flyers, website). It can be a good way for your club to save money on organising your event, and we are happy to help advertise any event we will be attending. The following are just some example products your credit can be spent on.

We don’t believe in small print that leaves customers frustrated. This promotional offer will help us fill our diary for 2012 and introduce ourselves to new clients and customers. Because we believe in what we do and know we can add value to your event for you and your members, we are willing to put our money where our mouth is. Let us show you what we can offer.
