Is eventphotos.co.uk insured?
Yes, we hold full public liability insurance with a minimum of £5m cover.
What do we need to provide for you at our event?
We bring everything needed to operate onsite, including furniture. A mains electricity supply is preferred but for outdoor events we have generators.
Do you charge to attend our event?
We rarely charge to attend events. We are confident that we can provide high quality images that will sell. So confident in fact, that we can sometimes offer a commission or other incentive to event organisers.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use state-of-the-art professional photographic equipment and dye-sublimation printers. For example, Nikon D3s DSLR camera and professional lenses such as the Nikon 300mm f/2.8. Our printers produce clear protective laminate over prints to produce long-lasting enlargement photos. All of our prints are also protected by quality mounts.
What types of events do you cover?
We cover all types of sports events, social events and corporate events, indoor and outdoor. For outdoor events, we bring a mobile service area and supply our own generators if needed.
What days do you work? Are you full-time?
Event Photos is a full-time event photography business. We provide our services 7 days a week so can cover everything from schools photography to corporate photography to weekend sports events.
Do you charge postage for prints?
We don’t charge any handling or delivery fees for digital images. However we do have a postal charge for prints and other physical products. This is capped at £2.99 no matter what the size of order and covers our courier charge from the pro lab to Event Photos and the subsequent RM postal charge to your chosen address. We aim for a quick turnaround with at least one pro lab order per week, more during busy periods.
